Lee Trice earned an Economics Degree from the University of Maryland and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute - the largest real estate appraiser association in the United States - and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - the oldest and largest group or real estate professionals in the world. Lee is a Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia – as well as a Maryland Real Estate Broker. Lee is an experienced litigation consultant and has also been a speaker at many industry conferences and events. Lee also serves as Treasurer and Board of Directors member for the Salisbury University Foundation.

Bruce Di Cintio is a Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he has been actively engaged in the real estate industry on the Eastern Shore for over thirty years including fourteen as a real estate lender and the last seventeen years as an appraiser. Bruce has valued all manner of property types and provides consultancy and expert testimony for zoning hearings, litigation, and the like.

Ken is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Maryland and Delaware and has served in a management capacity with The Trice Group since 2002. Ken is an experienced consultant, reviewer and FHA appraiser and has also been a speaker for local lenders, realtors and valuation related events. Prior to entering the appraisal professional, Ken worked in the lending industry. Ken also serves in the local chapter of the Optimist International organization, working for the promotion of youth activities.

Woody has earned two degrees: a degree in business administration and a degree is Culinary Arts. He is a dual-designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute-the largest real estate appraiser professional organization in the United States. He started his career in Hampton Roads, VA working for a small fee practice that focused mostly on mortgage-use reports. In 2004, he co-founded and managed what became a very successful residential fee practice that had a strong portfolio of lender clients as well as non-lender clients, FM & Associates, Inc. He sold his interest in his firm in 2008. He then moved into government assessment work moving up quickly to executive level management. Where he managed large staffs in all aspects of valuation, training and appeals with the City of Suffolk, VA then to the County of Albemarle, VA. Woody then took a promotion to work with the Virginia Department of Taxation to review and consult on Tax Credits related to conservation easement valuation. He lives in Charlottesville, VA with his family but splits his practice areas between the Charlottesville area and the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Woody is also an approved instructor with the Appraisal Institute, as well as a frequently requested conference speaker.

Diane manages the financial, human resources, and operational aspects of The Trice Group. Diane has been managing these elements of The Trice Group since 2002 and can offer any assistance required for Invoices, Payables, Tax Documents, etc.
VP - Commercial Valuation - Virginia & North Carolina Region
Heather began her real estate valuation career in 1993 and has a broad and distinguished cross section of experience. Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University. Furthermore, she currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Heather holds the SRA and MAI designations awarded by the Appraisal Institute. She has served that same professional organization as Alternative Regional Representative, Candidate Guidance Chair, National Diversity Committee, as well as holding the offices of Secretary, Treasurer and now Vice President Elect of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Heather serves as Vice President of Commercial Valuation in the Virginia & North Carolina Region for The Trice Group. Placer joins Woody Fincham, SRA as the management team responsible for valuation services in Virginia.
