Leland Trice participated in a continuing education seminar sponsored by the Coastal Association of Realtors that highlighted industry changes with mortgage financing. This seminar was attended by approximately 450 real estate industry members. The panelists were distinguished in their respective fields with over 25 years each of experience.

Leland Trice was featured in the most recent issue of Valuation magazine, which is published by the Appraisal Institute. The article focused on the upcoming Home Valuation Code of Conduct - or HVCC - which affects all loans sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac after May 1, 2009. The Trice Group is pleased to announce that Jodi Pries has joined the firm as a Staff Appraiser. Jodi is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Her education includes a Bachelors Degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Wilmington University. She is also enrolled in the Masters of Real Estate program at Johns Hopkins University. Jodi formerly worked for Mid Atlantic Farm Credit and developed significant expertise in agricultural valuation throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.

Leland Trice was appointed to the Treasurer position on the Salisbury University Foundation. Trice as served on the Salisbury University Foundation Board of Directors since 2006 and also serves on the Investment Committee. The Salisbury University Foundation oversees tens of millions of endowments, grants, and assets for the University.

Trice is a Principal owner of Valuescape and works in the Salisbury, Maryland office and oversees Commercial and Residential valuation services in the Eastern Region.
